Founded in the early 1990's, Tri-Star Realty was created to promote an environment built on integrity and trust with our clients.
My father first opened Tri-Star Investment Realty with one goal in mind; To truly be his own boss. Tired of racing against other agents which kept him from focusing on client-relationships, he obtained his Brokers License to conduct Real Estate the way he wanted. He had started with Residential sales and currently focuses primarily on Commercial/Business acquisitions. 25 years later, I followed in his footsteps and became a Broker myself.
I never meant or wanted to get into Real Estate. I graduated college with a degree in Psychology hoping to start a career in Family Therapy until I began to learn more about the intricacies of Real Estate. I started discussing my dad's current development deal in San Francisco. The estimated profit margins fascinated me. The hard numbers along with black and white rules in Real Estate sparked an interest that has continued to engage me to this very day. I've mastered the basics of Residential Real Estate and have transferred those skills onto my current interest which is Apartment building sales.
Tri-Star Investment Realty is a family owned business in Foster City. It has been independently owned since the 1990's and remains a Brokerage firm well versed in properties from thePeninsula to San Francisco. Over a decade after it was founded, Tri-Star Investment Realty has stayed true to its roots as it continues to focus primarily on an honest practice of Residential and Commercial sales.
